At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn garments in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them in the provided shipping box to ensure they remain protected.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
